WELLNESS CENTER MEMBERSHIP FEES
The yearly cost for a family membership is $150.00 and yearly cost for an individual membership is $100.00. You can stop by the school office to purchase your membership, sign membership form, and grab your fob. If you already have a fob, bring it with to verify which ones we are activating. Signatures are required for every user of your membership, and payment is needed before the fob will be activated. Students can pick up forms at the office.
