The Oral Interp team will be heading into the District Competition on November 4th, and they will be showcasing their pieces for the community before they compete. PLUS, you will see some of our other students that have been participating throughout the regular season. Please join us on Monday, November 2nd from 5:00pm - 7:00pm to see what our talented students have been working on this year. This event is free and all are welcome!
The All State Chorus Concert is happening TONIGHT in Rapid City at 7:00pm MT/8:00pm CT. The concert can be viewed on SDPB-1 Television or watch the live webcast online via SDPB or sd.net. We are proud to have Autumn, Sonja, Lexi, and Tristan representing RHS!

Rosholt Board of Education ASBSD ALL Award
The Sisseton Snow Queen Pageant planning committee has invited Rosholt Seniors and Freshmen to participate in the pageant on November 14, 2026. Information has been emailed to all students and parents, and copies can also be found on the counter in the Central Office. Please direct pageant questions to shelly.peterson@k12.sd.us. Seniors may participate in the Snow Queen Pageant, and Freshmen may participate in the Junior Snow Queen Pageant. Application deadline is Friday, October 30, 2026.

We still have 2026 Yearbooks available for sale. You can grab one tonight at the Volleyball game. They will be available at the ticket window. Cost is $50.
Over the summer, Rosholt School updated our Attendance Policy 5001.
Our goal with these changes is simple: make our attendance expectations easier to understand and more consistent for students, families, and staff.
One of the biggest changes is how absences are handled and communicated. We’ve worked to simplify the process so everyone knows what to expect throughout the school year.
The attached graphic highlights the key changes and important reminders for families.
Regular attendance plays an important role in student success, and we appreciate our families working with us to help students be at school, on time, and ready to learn.

Yesterday, we took a little break from the classroom to leave our mark at the Rosholt School!
Every student and staff in grades K–12 had the chance to put their handprint in the new cement around our school. From our youngest students to our seniors, each handprint represents an individual who is part of Rosholt School right now — and a memory that will be here for years to come!
Infinite Campus rolled out an update to our Payments System. Please log into your Parent Portal and update your payment information. If you need your parent portal login/password, please email jeri.fulgham@k12.sd.us or rachel.bartnick@k12.sd.us. Reminder, please put money on the food service. We will also be accepting cash/checks at the Back to School Picnic on Monday, August 17th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. We will also be accepting completed Free + Reduced Meal Applicaitons at that time as well.
Activity Passes for the 2026-27 School Year are available. If you would like to pre-order your pass and pay upon pick-up, please email rachel.bartnick@k12.sd.us the pass you want to purchase, the name on each pass, and when you want to pick them up. We will also be making passes during the Back to School Picnic! NOTE: College Students can be counted on a Family Pass. GO TIGERS!
